that will (or should) ensure that our luggage follows us safely to our destination aka Newcastle Airport.
For dinner, a few of my close friends and I went for a bbq & steamboat session. It was a fun time that was also kinda a farewell dinner for 2 of us who were going to Sunderland.

While otw home after our dinner and hangout session, I figured I should drive to one of my fave areas in the city.
This area is really beautiful at night. I love the scenery and atmosphere there. It's still a new area so there weren't that many cars on the road (plus it was around midnight). So I figured...
why not? This stretch of road seldom used anyway. Stopped the car on the road and started snapping away.
Sometimes I'm proud of my shots. They're not the best but I like them. (disclaimer: headlights are standard yellow and plate lights are white)
Well that's the end of D-1. Tomorrow night I'll be flying off to KL and then Dubai and then Newcastle. I'm not sure when I'll have time to do the D-day blog but I'll manage somehow.
